FAQs

Q: Is it possible to pay via credit card online?
A: At this point in time, payment needs to be made via bank transfer. Please contact us for details.

Q: What is the earliest we can check in at our arrival on Saturday?
A: Check-in is as of 5 pm in the afternoon.

Q: Where can we pick up the key?
A: The key holder will meet you at ‘Villa Framboise’ at your arrival. You will need to let her know her estimated arrival time in advance. Please see the contact page to get the necessary contact numbers.

Q: When does the deposit need to be made and when will it be returned?
A: In principle, the deposit will be made with the key holder upon your arrival and will be returned to you after a positive inventory check with the key holder and hand over of keys at the end of your stay.

Q: What is the deposit for?
A: The deposit is meant to be a security for the landlord in case your party causes any damages, brakes or loses items of the property during your stay. An inventory check with the key holder at the beginning and at the end of your stay will ensure a proper record.

Q: At what time do we need to check out on Saturday?
A: Check-out needs to be completed by 11 am. You should allow half an hour for the final inventory check and deposit return.

Q: Are babies and children welcome in this home?
A: Absolutely, yes. The children have both front and back yards to play and enough space in the home as well. A baby bed, chair, and bath can be made available at no extra cost upon request. An adult needs to supervise the children in and around the pool. There are safety gates in the house for the 2 staircases.

Q: Are animals welcome in this home?
A: No, for sanitary reasons we can not welcome animals in the home.

If you have other questions that are not answered here, please contact us via email and you should receive a response within the week.
